What To Wear For A Family Holiday

The holidays are here. Time to celebrate with family and friends. While I love the holiday season, the one thing I DO have a problem with is my wardrobe. I don't know about you, but for me, what to wear around one's family is a bit of a struggle. Grandma doesn't get the concept of tights as pants, and one should take caution when wearing anything with loose detailing around children. Try smiling after your 8 month old cousin rips the chain off of your brand new blazer, then proceeds to puke on you.

Anyways, I've styled a few outfits that you can wear at your family gatherings.
I tried to style outfits using garments that you may already have in your closet. I don't buy new things just to hang out with my family.

Family Holiday I

A skinny jean, cowl neck sweater, a moto jacket, and some booties.
This is quick and comfy.

Family Holiday II
Simple bodysuit, a skirt (use a pencil skirt as an alternative), lace-up booties and a cute clutch.
This is more appropriate if you're going to be around older family members.
DO NOT wear this necklace if you're going to be around small infants!
Also, this is a transitional outfit. You can swing by your folks house, then go to a friend's Thanksgiving party after.

Very Nice outfits. LOVE the part about the necklace. You know Gracen would be all over that necklace in an instant! LOL
