The September Issue: Movie Review

You know I HAD to see The September Issue. The documentary is about Anna Wintour's seemingly effortless journey to produce the coveted September issue of Vogue. Anna has been one of legend and mystery...until now. NOW, we finally get to see her do her magic.

Without giving too much away, this is what went down:

Anna was beautiful back in the day.

Anna isn't really icy. She just doesn't say much.

One of the long time editors, Grace, knocks heads with Anna.

*

However, this is how they show love to one another.

*

Grace use to be a model before becoming an editor.

*

Andre Leon Talley is great, as usual.

*

He doesn't like to workout, but he loves to work Louis Vuitton.

*

Thakoon was Anna's pet. Lucky dude!

*

The camera guy is fat, but we will let him be fat. (Don't tell Anna)

*

Anna pulls rank a lot on Grace. Grace is mad most of the movie.

*

Photographers are more flighty than models and celebs.

*

Sienna Miller looks "tough" in the face.

*

Anna's daughter, Bee Shaffer, doesn't think fashion is THAT serious.

*

Just because a photo is beautiful, doesn't mean jack...to Anna.

*

You probably shouldn't be attached to photos as an editor.

Thakoon is humble, and cute. Like a Pop Tart with sprinkles...or something.

*

I believe Anna carries 3, maybe 4 phones.

*

Sienna Miller is a bit of a brat. I mean, she's cool if you want to hang out with her. But considering you really aren't known for much but dressing "chic" and screwing Jude Law (and that married guy)...I mean...let them do something to your hair.
